Case Study: Subaru Canada

The Challenge:
JGK was asked to generate a ROI- Return on Marketing Investment analysis for Subaru Canada at their three major Auto Shows in Canada.

The JGK Integrated Solution:
We created a  “Win a VIP Weekend with Subaru" contest promotion. Show patrons were given a chance to win a prize to drive a vehicle of their choice to a Subaru sponsored Triathlon event in Sainte-Agathe, Quebec, Muskoka, Ontario or Penticton, B.C. JGK developed an electronic questionnaire that measured consumer key attitudes towards Subaru and all its brands. The potential winners were selected from a random drawing of all of the completed electronic questionnaires gathered at the specially designed interactive kiosks.

The questionnaires gathered pertinent brand awareness, purchase intent, brand attributes,  and valuable customer data. The winners were given a Subaru vehicle of their choice, 2 nights accommodations, meal vouchers, a triathlon survival kit for the weekend, while being hosted at the Subaru sponsored Triathlon event.

Participants of the contest will also participate in a follow up Return on Sales analysis.
